Colombian Election Day – London (2010)

The pictures show the voting taking place here in London at this very moment. Turn out is high, with a large proportion being younger voters. The atmosphere is lively and excited. Almost all are wearing Colombian paraphernalia such as hats, badges, bags, and flags. You can follow the Colombia election streamed live via this link showing Canal Caracol. If you are in Colombia you can follow the news via RCN‘s live.

Notice Regarding this Post
This post had originally been published on a website called This Is Colombia, a site founded in part by myself to document and report on Colombia’s positive points at a time when Colombia was still widely seen as a no go Country. That site is now redirecting here to StuartOswald.com, here I can still be found to post on Colombian issues as well as many others. All related Colombian articles at this site can be found via this link with a dedicated RSS feed too. You can also follow me at the above social media links, especially on twitter @StuartOswald. Please feel free to comment on any articles in the comment field. I’ll be sure to reply to any points requested.
